Custom Pipe Fittings Manufacturer – Special-Shaped & Non-Standard Fittings to Drawing

PipingFitting.com manufactures custom and special-shaped pipe fittings to drawing: laterals, Y-pieces, mitered bends, crosses, eccentric branches, large-diameter ring and flange assemblies, and other non-standard components that are not covered by a standard catalogue. If a line needs a shape that no standard fitting provides, we make it – to your drawing, your dimensions and your material specification.

What we can make to order

  • Laterals and Y-pieces – 45° and 60° branch connections, unequal branch angles, Y-shaped bodies
  • Mitered bends – segment-welded bends for large diameters where a standard elbow is unavailable
  • Crosses and multi-branch pieces – three-way, four-way and multi-outlet fabricated bodies
  • Eccentric and offset reducers – non-standard offsets, flat-side orientation, unsymmetrical transitions
  • Large-diameter ring and flange assemblies – rolled and welded rings, segmented flanges, nozzle assemblies
  • Special end preparations – bevel, socket, threaded, hub, grooved or machined-to-fit ends

How a custom fitting is made

Every custom part starts from your drawing, a marked-up photo of the failed component, or a dimensioned sketch. We confirm the material, wall thickness, weld details and end preparation before cutting – so the part that arrives matches the line it has to fit into, not just the nominal size.

Step What happens
1. Drawing review We check the shape, tie-in dimensions, wall thickness and material against what can be cut and welded.
2. Material selection Plate, seamless pipe, forged blank or casting – whichever suits the shape and the service condition.
3. Fabrication Cutting, forming, fit-up and welding with qualified welders; dimensional check at fit-up and after welding.
4. Finishing Bevel or machine the ends, heat treatment where required, shot blast, paint or anti-rust oil.
5. Inspection and documents Dimensional report, weld inspection, PMI or hardness testing on request, EN 10204 3.1 certificate.

Custom manufacturing, not catalogue supply

  • Made to drawing, not to stock – dimensions, branch angles and end preparations follow your drawing
  • Prototype and first-article – one piece can be made first for fit-up check before the batch
  • OEM marking – your logo, size stamps, heat numbers and tag numbers on every piece
  • Documentation – material certificates, dimensional reports and inspection records to your project requirement
  • Packing – plywood cases, pallets, or bundles marked per shipping mark list

Frequently asked questions

Can you make a fitting from a photo instead of a drawing?

Yes. A photo with a tape measure or caliper in frame plus the pipe size, wall thickness and material is usually enough to start. We confirm the dimensions we will use before manufacturing.

What is the minimum order for custom fittings?

One piece is possible for a prototype or a replacement. Batch pricing improves with quantity, and standard sizes of elbows, tees and reducers can be combined in the same shipment.

Do you supply the weld procedure and welder qualifications?

Yes – weld procedures and welder qualification records can be provided for project approval, together with WPS/PQR documentation where the specification requires it.
