Where Our Factory Is Located
Our production base sits in Mengcun Fulin Industrial Zone, Beijing, China – the heartland of China’s pipe fitting industry. Mengcun county has supplied forged fittings to domestic and export projects for decades, giving us a deep local supply chain of forging, heat treatment, machining and testing partners within minutes of our workshop. Our sales office is in Fangshan District, Beijing, about an hour away.

Quality inspection – dimensional and marking checks before release
Quality Control
Every order passes dimensional inspection, material verification and marking checks before packing. PMI, hardness and mechanical testing are performed with certified partner laboratories; EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates ship with every order, 3.2 available on request.
Packing & Delivery
Fittings are coated, dried and packed in export plywood cases or pallets – the whole finishing process from painting to packing takes about 40 minutes per batch, keeping lead times short. Standard items ship from stock; custom sizes typically ship in 15-30 days depending on quantity.
