Industrial Pipe Flanges Manufacturer — Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel & Alloy Steel
PipingFitting.com is a professional flange manufacturer and exporter, producing weld neck, slip on, blind, socket weld, threaded, and lap joint flanges in carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel. Our flanges comply with ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, DIN, JIS, and EN standards, serving petroleum, chemical, power, gas, marine, and HVAC industries worldwide.
Our Flange Product Range
Weld Neck Flange (WN)
Weld neck flanges feature a tapered hub that provides superior strength and stress distribution, making them ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. They are the most widely used flange type in critical piping systems. Available in carbon steel (A105, A234 WPB), stainless steel (F304, F304L, F316, F316L), and alloy steel (F11, F22, F5, F91). Specifications: ASME B16.5 Class 150#–2500#, ASME B16.47 Series LS/MS.
Slip On Flange (SO)
Slip on flanges slide over the pipe and are welded on both the inside and outside surfaces. They are cost-effective and easy to install, suitable for low to medium pressure applications. Commonly used in water systems, HVAC, and general industrial piping. Materials: A105 carbon steel, F304/F316 stainless steel. Available in ASME B16.5 Class 150#–600#.
Blind Flange (BL)
Blind flanges have no center hole and are used to seal the end of a piping system, vessel nozzles, or valve openings. They are essential for pressure testing, future expansion, and system isolation. Manufactured in all standard materials and pressure classes, from Class 150# to Class 2500#.
Socket Weld Flange (SW)
Socket weld flanges are designed for small-bore piping (typically NPS 2″ and below). The pipe is inserted into a recessed socket and fillet welded on the outside. They provide a smooth flow path and are commonly used in high-pressure instrument lines, hydraulic systems, and chemical processing.
Threaded Flange (THD)
Threaded flanges feature male NPT or BSP threads for bolt-on connection without welding. They are used in applications where welding is hazardous or impractical, such as in explosive environments or existing threaded piping systems.
Lap Joint Flange (LJ)
Lap joint flanges work with a stub end, allowing easy alignment and rotation during installation. They are ideal for systems requiring frequent disassembly, such as heat exchangers and pipeline sections. The flange itself does not contact the process medium, allowing use of cost-effective materials for the flange body.
ISO / DIN Flange (EN 1092-1)
We also manufacture European-standard flanges per DIN and EN 1092-1, including PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, and PN160 pressure ratings. These are widely used in European and Middle Eastern projects. Flat face (FF) and raised face (RF) types are available.
